General Students’ Comments
This is what students said about their IELTS exam preparation course:
"I have always had problems focusing, a reason why I do not do well in exams in general. The teacher provides the type of guidance that we need. When I started the IELTS class, the reading section was my weakness; in addtion to my lack of focus, I simply could not understand what the questions wanted from me, among other problems. In the IELTS class, my reading score jumped from an average of 6 to 8.5 in the real exam, score 7 overall."
Debora, Brazil
Having the necessity of improving my English to study a postgraduate course, I had to take an IELTS course. In my experience in other schools the classes for IELTS, First Certificate, etc classes were boring. I thought that this time wouldn’t be the exception, they would be stressful and tedious.
However, I was wrong. After having taken the IELTS course I have to say that I enjoy my lessons and I really developed my skills in English conversations. Also my reading is 90% comprehension and my compositions have improved significantly. Furthermore, I can understand most of the time when I listen to the radio, watch TV, go to the cinema.
In addition, having finished the IELTS course, I was able to prove that my level of English was good enough for the university where I will study my MBA.
I have very good friendships. I met nice people from other countries like South Korea, Brazil, China, Italy, Spain. My classmates gave me the opportunity to know more of their culture.
Monica, Mexico
In order to better study English, choosing the right class for you would be crucial. In this IELTS class you can learn not only general English but also academic, which is essential to study in English speaking country. If you have difficulty finding the right course for you, join this class. A cultural diversity of friends and a variety of lessons are waiting for you.
Kim, South Korea
"I'm glad to say to anyone who would like to study here that it was an amazing experience. In only 4 months I had the proper preparation for my IELTS in which I achieve the grade I was expecting. Even though, as many would think going to classes was a burden, it was actually really pleasant moments, with a lot of fun but efficient exercises."

This is what students said about English in Dublin, in general:
There are loads of merits in our school. Firstly there are no so Korean students here.
Particularly, professional Korean staff take care of Korean students who come to Ireland for the first time.
The most vital thing is that all of our English teachers are brilliant.
And the other benefit in this school is that you can enjoy internet cafe for nothing.
Come and have fun in E.I.D
The world is your oyster!!!

I am Monika Mitterwallner from Austria and I am Aupair in Dublin.
My hostfamily recommended ‘English in Dublin’ as one of the best language schools in Dublin. And now I’m quite happy with my decision.
When you go abroad everything is very exciting but it is not easy to get to know new people. In class you have an opportunity. New people, different cultures, lots of fun and do you know what that is: LEARNING
I’m here for 4 months and at the end the practice makes it possible to take my First Cambridge Exam. I hope you will also enjoy your time with ‘English in Dublin’.
Monika Mitterwallner (Austria)
I have been living in Dublin for a while now. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect. But now I really enjoy myself here. My English is getting better and better and I make a lot of friends from all different countries in my school. I feel more confident and I enjoy Irish life. It gives me more and more challenges for myself.
Lin Hui (China)
I´m from Slovakia and I´m 23 years old. I would like to run my own store in Bratislava and I decided to learn English so necessary for communication with suppliers. When I came to Dublin 8 months ago I found many things difficult and after first month I was hopeless. But it has changed after I had found accomodation and job as a sale assistant. Nowadays I live in house with my friends in lovely part of Dublin called Rathfarnham. Soon I realized that improving English isn´t so easy and I have started learning in "English in Dublin". I appreciate proffesional approach of all staff and high level of education. It also gives me chance to know many new students of all over the world and possibility to compare different nations and cultures. Now I think it was right decision and I believe school will help me to accomplish my dreams.
Kamil Jaderko (Slovakia)
I ve been living in Dublin over 2 years. I've had great time here, enjoy as much as i can, the irish culture and made so many friends.
English in Dublin give to me an opportunity to improve my english for my job, relationships and travels.
The school's atmosphere is cool and the teachers are really helpful, this december i'm going to do my first certificate.
Guilherme Viana (Brazil)
I had come to Ireland every summer for seven years. I fell in love with this country since the first time I was here, so when I decided to improve my English abroad I thought of Dublin, of course. I don’t know why, maybe because of its pleasant people, or maybe its welcoming atmosphere but it is something different, magic.
English in Dublin gives me the opportunity of improving my English with fantastic teachers and surrounded by classmates who you feel comfortable with because they have the same aims. Furthermore, the school prepares me for the Cambridge exams which are really well considered for any job. By far, coming to Ireland was the best decision I have ever made.
Esther Pescador (Spain)
I have been living in Dublin for 1 month. I´m planning on staying 6 months, I love the city, the people are very friendly! I could learn a lot about Dublin, its history and the best places to go out. In English in Dublin I have met students of many nationalities and learnt about different cultures and languages. The course will help me with my studies and my future career as most companies expect you to be able to speak English. The relationship between teachers and students at English in Dublin is really nice. The teachers are experienced and have very good teaching skills.
